System Administrator for Mac m/f/d
Task: User support with regard to hardware and software, media, telecommunications and training; strategic planning, procurement, installation, administration and documentation of IT equipment and networks; implementation and collaboration in the further development of our standards and processes for the further digitalisation of internal and external communication; support in the further development of automated on- and off-boarding, maintenance/updating, etc.; connection of Office 365 (Exchange Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive) in the Apple environment; installation and configuration of hardware, including Macbooks and IMac workstations, printing technology, network components and software products; connection of Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive) in the Apple environment; installation and configuration of hardware, including Macbooks and IMac workstations, printing technology, network components and software products; support for authorisations and access procedures, such as MFA; technical system monitoring and ensuring the system functionality of macOS and a few Windows clients, as well as performance optimisation; troubleshooting for Office, Adobe CC, Apple Mail, etc.
Qualification: Successfully completed training as an IT specialist (f/m/d) or comparable qualification as well as professional experience in support | Good network knowledge | Very good knowledge of common | standard applications and cloud services | Willingness to keep up with technological changes and implement them | Sound practical experience in the support of servers and Mac operating system clients | Very good German and good English skills | Team- and quality-oriented attitude as well as a structured and reliable work style
